I began my career in sales within the telecommunications and satellite industries. While my colleagues were captivated by Outer Space, I was drawn to the dynamics of human collaboration. This passion led me to study interpersonal and organizational conflict resolution in graduate school at the University of Denver.

Ten years later—with two kids, two dogs, and a move to the Vail Valley—I’ve loved every minute of applying my skills and experience to help people work together to solve tough problems.

As the name suggests, I’m obsessed with collaboration. I not only help clients improve teamwork, but I also work closely with a team of incredible subject matter experts to bring the best consultants to the table. These professionals know their stuff, and I’m proud to work alongside them and call them friends.
